Should the user voluntarily and optionally choose to contact the restaurant by calling the phone number or writing to the email address indicated on the site, the Data Controller will process the personal data provided, such as phone number, name or email address, exclusively to manage and respond to requests, for example to confirm a reservation for a table or takeaway.

Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR, and for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to respond to communications received, Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR.

Retention: such data will be kept solely for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the request, for example until the date of the reservation, or pursuant to legal obligations, after which they will be deleted or anonymized. The data will not be entered into marketing databases or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

This Site contains solely simple links to third-party platforms, without embedding any widget or code on the site that collects data on behalf of such platforms. Specifically, the Site links to:

• FoodRacers: for the management of home delivery orders.
• Google Maps: for directions to the restaurant.

• Instagram: for viewing the restaurant's social media page.

By clicking on these links, the user leaves this Site. The Data Controller does not manage or receive account data, payments, orders or interactions collected by these third-party platforms. Therefore, the processing of personal data on such platforms is governed independently and guaranteed by the respective Privacy and Cookie Policies of the service providers.

Data collected directly by the Data Controller through telephone or email contact is not disseminated or communicated to third parties, with the exception of any IT service providers, such as the email hosting provider, appointed as Data Processors. The Data Controller does not intentionally transfer any personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the user has the right to request from the Data Controller, at any time, access to their personal data, rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing or to object to their processing.

The data subject also always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if they believe that the processing violates applicable legislation.
